Shri Rahul Bhave is a senior banker with over 25 years of commercial banking experience in various capacities and has served across the country. He has served in National Housing Bank as Executive Director since 2020. He has worked to encourage a sound housing and housing finance system in the country, through effective supervision of HFCs and refinance to strengthen the grassroot credit delivery network.

He has experience of heading a zone in a commercial Bank. Apart from his expertise in retail operations, he carries experience in the areas of Refinance, Supervision, Recovery, Risk Management, and IT.

Shri Bhave is an MBA in Public Management & Policy from IIM, Ahmedabad, and a Postgraduate in Statistics. He is also a qualified CAIIB professional.

Besides IFCI Ltd., Shri Rahul Bhave is also on the Board of Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. and IFCI Infrastructure Development Ltd. He is also a Member of the General Body of Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and Management Development Institute. Further, he is the Chairman of Board of Trustees of IFCI Social Foundation.

Shri Sivaramakrishnan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He also holds an MBA (Finance), MS (Banking), Advanced PG Diploma in Computer Applications and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

He has more than 3 decades’ experience in the Banking and Financial Services space, especially in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, rural innovations, microfinance and financial inclusion, rural infrastructure financing, integrated risk management, HR transformation, banking technologies and structuring of new financial products.

Beginning his official career with Indian Overseas Bank in the early 90’s, Shri Manikumar joined NABARD in 1992 and rose to the level of Chief General Manager, working across various geographies and roles. During this time, he also served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in NABVENTURES Ltd., the VC subsidiary of NABARD and as a Faculty Member at the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow. At the time of demitting office from NABARD, he was heading the Bank’s Strategic Planning and Product Innovations Dept. at its Head Office in Mumbai.

He had also served as Director on the Board of many institutions, viz., NCDEX, SIDBI, NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Ltd. (NBFC-subsidiary of NABARD), NABVENTURES Ltd., OPL Finance Ltd. and Sahakar Sarathi Pvt. Ltd.

Shri Chirag Sapra, a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, brings a strong foundation in accounting, finance and taxation. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

His career spans key roles at IFCI, where he contributed across departments including corporate advisory, credit, and regional operations in Mumbai. He has led critical initiatives such as Ind-AS and GST implementation projects at IFCI. Prior to his tenure at IFCI, he gained valuable experience at leading firms such as KPMG and Deloitte. At present, he is heading Corporate Accounts & Taxation and Loan Accounting Department at IFCI.

Ms. Priyanka Sharma serves as General Manager, Company Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at IFCI. A qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she holds degrees in Commerce and Law.

She is an experienced corporate governance professional with 18+ years in compliance, legal advisory, strategic leadership, regulatory frameworks, and governance best practices. She possesses experience in advancing compliance standards and cross-functional contributions to Credit and HR at IFCI.
