(i) Powers and duties of officers (administrative, financial and judicial) / employees and rules / orders under which powers and duty are derived / exercised IFCI has well defined Organizational Structure and functions through various departments/divisions under the overall supervision of MD & CEO as per the Organization Chart. The details of administrative, financial and other powers to different category of officers at organization are indicated in the Delegation of Powers (DoP) of the company. Further, adequate institutional arrangements exist to enable the officers and employees of the organization to discharge their duties satisfactorily vis-à-vis various clients, customers and business associates. All the officers / employees of IFCI have specific duties and delegated powers as required for the day-to-day functions depending upon their positions / area of work. The board decides the delegation of such powers of various grades of officers. These powers are reviewed / revised periodically, depending upon the organization's requirement and also Government / RBI guidelines. The scheme of empowerment through the instrument of delegation of power ensures that various issues related to disposal of business and serving clients /customers and stakeholders are addressed with adequate speed thereby ensuring quality service. Instrument of delegation of power broadly flows from top-downwards with Board of Directors in its capacity of being the highest decision-making body having powers to dispose off business decision and with the same having been delegated to Managing Director & CEO, Deputy Managing Directors, Chief General Managers, General Managers and there below for adequate and speedy decision making. (i) Details of applications received and disposed IFCI has implemented the RTI Act, 2005 from 2013 onwards, following the applicability of the RTI Act to IFCI and has been providing information under the Act to the citizens ensuring transparency and fairness in its business activities. Following is the year-wise count of applications / first appeals received by IFCI, and the same were disposed off within the stipultated time, as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005: FY 2012-13 - 32 applications.
