Dear Bondholder(s),
This is to inform the investors that the buyback intimation period for exercising the option of buyback and accepting the buyback option forms for the current year 2016 is now over (last date being August 31, 2016). The buyback option was available for the bonds held in Option I and/or II, as per Information Memorandum dated August 09, 2010, as mentioned in the table below:

The buyback option form along with relevant documents from investors received by Registrar & Transfer Agent till August 31, 2016 are now being scrutinised. If the documents are found to be in order, further processing shall take place and the payment shall be made to the applicants on September 15, 2016.
Please note that payment shall be made only upon surrender of ORIGINAL BOND CERTIFICATE, if bonds are held in physical mode and upon extinguishment of bonds, if bonds are held in demat mode.
In case you missed out on exercising the buyback option in the current year, you may do so in the next calendar year (as mentioned above). The information along with relevant form shall be made available on our website in the respective calendar year.
