This is to remind the investors that the right of exercising the option of buyback is available for the bonds held in Option I and II, as per Information Memorandum dated August 09, 2010, as mentioned in the table below:

In case you wish to exercise the buyback option available in current year 2017, you are requested to download and send the duly signed Buyback Option Form, after carefully reading the instructions given therein, which should reach the Registrar & Transfer Agent during the buyback intimation period mentioned in the above table i.e. latest by 31st August 2017.

Please note that payment shall be made only upon surrender of ORIGINAL BOND CERTIFICATE, if bonds are held in physical mode and upon extinguishment of bonds, if bonds are held in demat mode. Therefore, please ensure that your demat A/c is active.
