This is to remind the investors that the right of exercising the option of buyback is available for the bonds held in all Options under Series V, as per Information Memorandum dated February 28, 2012, as mentioned in the table below:

In case you wish to exercise the buyback option available in year 2017, you are requested to download and send the Buyback Option Form duly signed, after carefully reading the instructions given therein, which should reach the Registrar & Transfer Agent i.e. Karvy Computershare Private Limited during the buyback intimation period mentioned in the above table i.e. latest by 30th December 2016.

Please note that payment shall be made only upon surrender of ORIGINAL BOND CERTIFICATE, if bonds are held in physical mode and upon extinguishment of bonds, if bonds are held in demat mode. Therefore, please ensure that your demat A/c is active.
